Dr. Anthony T. Mays

President/CEO

Dr. Anthony T. Mays, a renowned author and scholar who has served in many administrative and faculty positions at colleges and universities in Germany, Georgia, North Carolina, Washington DC, and Maryland, is the founder and president of BBC&TS.

​

Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. Mays resides in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

​

Dr. Mays is a highly decorated retired military commander, having served more than 26 years in the Army. He served in combat theaters of operations spanning the Vietnam to Operation Desert Storm in Iraq.

​

Dr. Mays has earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration. He went on to earn several doctorate degrees, including a Ph.D. in Education, a Doctor of Divinity, a Doctor of Ministry, and a Doctor of Humane Letters. Some of the books that he has authored include "Knowing Your Place in the Ministry," "Power in the Pulpit Using the ATM Method," "Rekindling the Fire in Your Relationship," "Leave, Cleave, and Become One," "Harvest the Financial Breakthrough with the Mays Method," and "How to Cope with Things You Can't Change".

Dr. A. Francine Green is an ordained prophetic minister, author, speaker,
Founder of Beyond Church Walls Ministries in Bryans Road, MD, and host of “Beyond Church Walls “Going Beyond Church” radio broadcast. She is a member of Women in Ministry Network (WIMN) and Global Christian Professional Women’s Association (GCPWA). Her ministry impact spans the globe through books and media. She has a passion for empowering the people of God to walk in their true identity in Christ, and stepping into the purposes the Lord has for you to see God’s Kingdom advanced in every sphere of society.
A well sought out speaker, Dr. Vickie L. McCray, MS, CISM, CGFM, CIO has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in the United States Government and private industry. She held senior positions in management, auditing, information technology, advisor, and project and program management. She is the President and CEO of The McCray Group, Inc. a woman/minority owned consulting firm that provides executive leadership and oversight services to the federal government and private sector. She is also currently the Business Director and host of “Shark Talk” Radio/TV show at World Power Gospel Radio, ww.wpgr.tv.
